For Chapters & Education Partners
Build a roofing apprenticeship pathway in your region.
Registered apprenticeship works differently across states and communities. NRAP works with ABC chapters, roofing associations, education and training providers, workforce organizations, and other industry partners to help connect the pieces.
Together, we identify the appropriate program structure, apprenticeship sponsor, training resources, employer partners, and workforce connections needed to build a registered roofing apprenticeship pathway in your region.
How your organization can participate.
Every region is different. Tell us about your organization and what you are trying to accomplish. We'll help identify where you can fit into the apprenticeship pathway.
ABC Chapters
Build on existing apprenticeship expertise.
ABC chapters may already have the infrastructure, employer relationships, instructors, and experience needed to support registered apprenticeship. NRAP works with interested chapters to explore how roofing can fit within their existing apprenticeship model or support a new roofing pathway.
Explore a partnership with NRAP →State & Regional Roofing Associations
Connect the roofing industry in your region.
Roofing associations can play an important role in bringing contractors, training partners, workforce organizations, and other stakeholders together. NRAP can help associations explore what is needed to establish or expand a registered roofing apprenticeship pathway in their region.
Explore a regional partnership →CTE, Technical Education & SkillsUSA
Connect education to career opportunity.
CTE programs, technical colleges, and SkillsUSA help introduce students to skilled careers and develop foundational skills. NRAP works to strengthen connections between education, employers, apprenticeship sponsors, and registered apprenticeship opportunities in roofing. NRAP helps students take the next step from education into a roofing career by connecting them with apprenticeship sponsors, employers, and available opportunities. Where prior education or training may apply toward apprenticeship requirements, we help students connect with the appropriate program to understand their options.
