Founding Directors
For years, the roofing industry has recognized the need to develop its next generation of skilled workers. Programs, partnerships, and training resources existed, but the pieces had not been brought together into a sustainable national pathway for contractors. Steve Little saw that opportunity. He and Tony Rader had worked together to launch a roofing apprenticeship program in Texas; they brought in Tammara “Tammy” Hall to help turn the broader vision into an operating organization.

Integrator across funders, chapters, and the founding board. Hall & Company provides administrative and program services to NRAP under a vendor agreement.

The founding directors brought NRAP together. Our Board of Directors brings perspectives from roofing contractors, partner associations, and education to help guide its growth and make NRAP a lasting resource for the industry.
